Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit after collecting your details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Please note that orders are confirmed only subject to stock availability from the seller’s end.
